Your Duties

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is under your own name. Using a third-party account or running an account for someone else is strictly prohibited. Any abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior toward other members or staff is not tolerated.

Platform Usage Terms

J8 is meant for personal entertainment only. You may not use the platform for commercial purposes or redistribute any part of it. Copying, scraping, or reproducing any content, design, or information without J8’s permission is strictly not allowed.

Using automated bots, scripts, or any other form of fraudulent technical manipulation on J8 is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to fix matches or behave in an unsportsmanlike manner can lead to immediate account closure and loss of any remaining balance.

Payment and Transaction Terms

All financial transactions on J8 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may be changed at J8’s discretion. GCash and other approved payment methods are accepted.

J8 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. If you deposited funds using a promotional bonus, those funds cannot be withdrawn until you meet the applicable wagering requirements. Any transaction found to be fraudulent will be voided completely, and J8 may report the case to the proper authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure Rules

J8 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice, including for violating these terms. If an account is suspended or closed, any legitimate balance will be returned after verification. However, if fraud is involved, the remaining balance may be forfeited.

Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

J8 will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect financial loss experienced while using the platform, unless it is clearly caused by J8’s own negligence. All content, software, designs, and trademarks appearing on the platform belong to J8. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal proceedings.
